Very disappointed in this product. Even on high at minus 6 my feet were ice cold. Could not feel any heat coming from them

They do exactly what you'd expect. The temperature modes all serve a pretty good purpose, the lowest temp takes the edge off, and medium does a great job of keeping my feet dry and comfortable. They don't feel super hot to the touch in your hands, but they are very effective inside my Converse waterproof boots, I'll see how they do in my work boots. They honestly feel super good quality out of the box and really well thought out. They are quite flat, so if you need arch support I'd get a gel add for that area. Don't take the size guide rings too literally, cut it to the same length as your old insoles to get the best fit.
