Questions
Q: I bought this unit about 3 weeks ago. The switch is finicky and doesn't turn on as stated. To turn off, your supposed to press and hold for 3 seconds and that doesn't work either. I'm returning unit as malfunctioning.
a year agoA: Hi I have owned my unit for several months and love it....I use the remote to switch it on and off and it works perfectly..I was worried about the remote as I am in my late 70's and not the most technically adept person...but I have found the unit easy to use, fairly quiet and it does a great job of cleaning the air.
