Q: quiet? DOES THIS AIR CLEANER WORKS QUIET?
17 years agoA: It was quiet for a couple of months, but once it gets dirty, not so quiet then. Even after cleaning it, it was still noisy.

Q: Can you buy replacement filters for this or vacuum the one it has ?
15 years agoA: The main filter is washable and reuseable. They DO include odour eating charcoal 'pre-filters' if you wish to use them, but not required. If you DO use these pre-filters, like them, and wish to continue using them, they are NOT washable, and the manufacturer suggests replacing them about every 3-4 months, depending on conditions.

Q: To the manufacturer: I'm very pleased with this product - purchased in Jan 2022. Because this item has a 5-yr warranty, must I keep the product"s box and all original packaging in case something goes wrong with it? Thanks.

Q: I can see the CADR rating in the product details, but what is the MERV rating of the filter? My allergist recommended a MERV rating of 13-15.
