I bought this for my daughter and the only thing is if they aren't placed in properly, pulling the tray open they can get caught and can be very annoying. I also bought on sale. The trays are metal but the sale price was definitely a better cost then full price.

This is a great product that is definitely *Nespresso pod worthy. Slides nicely, solidly built and sturdily holds your machine solidly in place. I bought a second one for my daughter that is heading off to University. A great buy! *in no way do I endorse Nespresso, especially their customer service here in Canada, which is completely horrible to deal with.
