The product stays warm for more than 12 hours. Easy to use, just peel and stick. I placed it on my T-shirt and wear a sweater over it for the winter. Price for a piece is expansive. Should be half of that.

Q: Could I use this in my boots to keep my toes and feet warm?

A: This might be a little to big for your boots. You might want to get the grabber foot warmer as this will fit inside boots and shoes and will definitely do the same job in warming your toes. I have been using those toes/ foot grabbers during my winter hikes and its great at keeping my feet warm and comfortable. Hope this helps.
