Q: When putting the lids in the top rack of the microwave, do you take them apart or leave the lids assembled?

A: i don’t have a top rack in my microwave but if I was heating something up in the dish, I would loosen the lid but leave it on top of the dish. Maybe leave it off center for some air flow.

Q: The product says lid is not for use in microwave. Is it safe to heat with lid on for just 45 - 60 seconds, or is that too dangerous for this product?

A: Do NOT fasten the lid to the container if you wish to microwave. The content needs to vent. It would be best to place a sheet of paper towel over the top of the container instead to prevent splashing inside the oven.
