Holes in the plastic

We bought this on sale after Christmas last year excited to use it this year. It lasted a few nights and then I noticed 2 holes in the plastic globe front. It was spitting the styrofoam “snow” all over our lawn. Very disappointing for my daughter because she was so excited to add this to our lawn.

Wet and Blocked

We bought this and it only worked as designed for one night. The next night, we found condensation inside the globe causing the “snow” to stick to the side and covering the display. It was quite disappointing.

Q: How do you make the snow move around the globe ? I emptied the bag into the snow globe and have it set up in my yard but not of the balls are moving beyond bouncing around the bottom of the globe.
