This high-performance 100% silicone sealant is rain ready in just 30 minutes and provides 10-year mould and mildew protection. It's 40% more flexible than standard sealants and has 5X stronger adhesion, while remaining low odour thanks to its neutral-cure formula. The sealant won't discolour most high-end metal finishes, making it suitable for sealing windows, doors, siding, trim, vents, basements and around wires or pipes - anywhere you need a long-lasting weatherproof seal.
