GE Silicone II Sealant is a high performance all purpose sealant ideal for protecting areas against damaging weather. The sealant is rain ready within 30 minutes and offers 10 year protection from mould and mildew growth. It is 40% more flexible than standard builders grade sealants and adheres 5 times stronger, helping ensure a long lasting seal. The neutral cure formula means minimal odour so you can seal in peace without strong smells. It won't discolour high end finishes like chrome, bronze or nickel and can be used on a variety of surfaces including windows, doors, siding, trim, baseboards, vents, attics and around wires and pipes to help seal out drafts and moisture for years.
