Great Product

Just put up two of these over the weekend to cover a portion of our deck. Installation was pretty much straight forward. Took two of us 4 hours to assemble the first one but with a 3rd person that was cut down to 4 hours.

Quick to assemble

This was up and assembled in about 8 hours, but I had to set and level concrete block footers, and anchor the gazebo. Probably 6 hours without that step.
I wanted to transport the whole box to the site without opening the box to measure the holes than would anchor to the blocks. Their email support was really helpful, and really quick. I was able to buy appropriate anchors for the four 10mm holes in each of the four bases in preparation. Thanks!!

Love my Gazebo

Love the gazebo! It seems to be very sturdy. I set it up on my deck and it's a good thing I had several heights of step ladders. I threw the cheap wrench away that came with it and used a small 4 volt drill with a socket and that sped up the assembly time. The issues I had setting it together were the instructions. There were only pictures with no written instructions to guide us. An explanation would have clarified a few pictures and would have sped things along. However we got it done and I am very happy with it.

Q: I need 7foot clearance to open my door on the deck. If I install this on my deck will I be able to open door?

A: I had a previous Gazebo which I raised by adding 2x4 wood extensions screwed to the bottom of the posts. Worked very well. This will give you added height to clear your door.

Q: Sorry to noticed this but your model on the photo seems like the metal roofing was installed upside down? since the inter-connecting edge of the roof is not visible from the top causing the roof to look wavy on the top.

Q: Why is the assembled weight more than the packaged weight? Not possible. Also, why are there not more decent pictures to see before I purchase?

A: What you see is exactly what you get , the packaging is great, it is incased in wood so the parts are not bent and can not move around very sturdy, winter weather conditions did not effect this item.

A: The space from outside of pole to outside of pole is 9’ 2”. Add an extra inch on each side for the base covers and you get 9’4, well within your 9’9”.
