Great toy, bad service

The toy is great. Works nicely and my kid loves it. We ordered all the colours in multiples for loot bags. Giving it one less star because the location I went to was less than helpful locating this item. My partner had to make an online order for pickup to get it. Happy with the toy, unhappy with their customer service.
