A: I’m not sure. I’ve never herd of that. Not every key is the same. Probably best to get a new lock or a lock smith.

Q: For fitting of doorknob assemblies: is a door of 1 5/16ths inches width considered to be a "standard door"? I'm looking for a doorknob assembly that would fit a bedroom door that was probably originally installed in the 1960s.

A: 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” (35mm- 45mm) is the standard door thickness, and 1-5/16” (32mm) is a thinner one.
