    Decent Croquet Set

    I read a lot of negative reviews and decided to purchase this set regardless. In my experience, croquet sets are not built with quality in mind and honestly this set is no different. This croquet set was used very frequently this summer and shows signs of wear. The mallets for the most part have held up, but the plastic ends need to be tapped into place. I got it on sale, and didn't have high expectations of this set. If it lasts another season I'll be happy. As an avid family croquet player, I find that you need to replace your sets annually.

    Broken mallets

    Looks like s great set, but 2 of the mallets broke the first time playing. The wood shattered and splinted right in half.

    On est en train d'assembler le kit. Un des bâtons ne peut pas être assemblé (le trou dans la tête est trop gros et ne présente pas de filets. Un des bâtons a une tête qui présente un diamètre plus petit que les autres, donc les embouts en plastique ne tiennent pas dessus et franchement, un bâton différent dans un kit, ça donne un handicap à la personne qui l'utilise. Un des bâtons présente un nœud et en prime une fendille part du nœud vers l'extrémité de la tête. Trois bâtons sur six, si vous les tenez sur une surface droite et de niveau, présentent un manche croche non perpendiculaire à la tête) une fois assemblés. Les boules présentent des lignes de moulage et des difformités. Franchement, payer ce prix pour un jeu inutilisable et de mauvaise qualité...

    Jeu de croquet de qualité moyenne ... Un bâton a brisé très rapidement sans avoir utilisé de force excessive. Les boules sont faites en plastique rigide, au lieu d'une sorte de céramique (comme une boule de billard). Ca donne un effet un peu bas de gamme au jeu. Je crois que ca vaut la peine de payer un peu plus cher pour aller chercher un ensemble de meilleur qualité, particulièrement pour les boules.
