A: Only one function can be used at a time. Purchase two units. Install one unit on each end of the shower enclosure and use two functions at the same time.

A: I purchased this shower unit and am pleased with it so far no complaints. This unit should work fine in a tub or a jetted tub as long as you have the room from top too bottom,hope this helps.

Q: Can this be installed on current simple standing shower without adding any new pipes or making any new holes in the wall Reconfirming as our plumber says it’s a big deal with lots of work to replace this with existing pipes Thanks

Q: How Long is the Hose for the hand-held shower head? Is it all plastic? One smooth tube or does it look like a metal flexible hose?

A: It is a metal flexible hose I would say about 30 inches long. I’m 6 feet tall and don’t have a problem spraying off my back. The shower unit works great I just wish it had some more blast to it.

A: 20 inches Not long enough for a heavy size person, 30 IN would be adequate or make the shower head adjustable. Up 5 / 10 degrees.

Q: I want to install this in a shower that also has a bathtub. Will it work or is it a bad idea? Also, can you run the shower head and the body pulsing things at the same time? Am I better of with the 'Pulse Showerspa'?

A: I’m not sure it would fit if your tub tap hardware is already installed. the bottom of the panel may end up sitting pretty close to the tub knobs. If you look at the installation of the panel you can figure out if you have enough wall space for the panel and tub taps. You would have to also run/add hot cold lines from tub water lines for the shower panel, because it only requires simple 1 1/2 inch threaded water line connections. Yes you can run shower and body sprayers together. Good luck!

A: This is not meant to be installed with a tub, it is for shower only set up. The hook up is a traditional hot cold water supply. No special connections

A: I believe you are INCORRECT when you say the shower head protrudes 21 inches from wall. The specifications say that is 7.87 inches.

Q: I had the 3 in 1 shower column for almost 3 yrs now. Everything is still working well except the rain shower, slowly the water not coming out and its only 10 holes of the spray that is working now all no water coming out. Can the rain shower be change.

A: Hi Edna, Thank you for you question! This product has a flow limiter, please open the tap as shown in the diagram arrow to take out the Flow limiter, try again to see if the water can come out or not . If still not solved, please take out the rain head to connect the tap water directly to see if the water comes out. If the issue still exists, it may be caused by nozzles dirt or calcium from use over time, that needs to be cleared.
