Don't buy for bagels!

A toaster that has a setting for bagels should only toast the bagel on one side. It should also have details on which side it will toast. This toaster toasts the bagel on both sides just like a normal piece of bread. Had I know this I would have bought a different brand. Not impressed although it is metal and not plastic.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We have had great success with our Cuisinart appliances. The 2 slice toaster fits our space better and is easy to adjust to the perfect slice. Also great for toasting other items.

Q: Can I use it to bake a cooked ham slice? So I make 2 slice of toast from bread, thenI cut a slice of ham (cooked) and bake it like bread. Can I do that? I was wondering if there's any common known restrictions for toaster using. In place I came from, there's no such thing about toast.

A: I wouldn't put a slice of cooked ham into the toaster, as there is no way to clean the guides inside the toaster. Stick to bread products.
