It also features locking anti-theft star pin fasteners, designed with a star centre for secure application, requiring a special Star Pin key for removal. The fasteners are constructed from stainless steel, coated with PTFE for extra durability. A key is included for future use. This kit is compatible with all Cruiser license plate frames.
