I have used this product only a handful of times and in the middle of cooking something, I lost all power. This is not even 1 year old and it certainly wasn't cheap.

I bought this awhile back, going to a dinner party tonight...have spent ( wasted) 2 hours trying to figure out where hot is....wavy lines....cook I presumed NOT, finally box says warmimg....ok try again one hine hot moving down the line to warm....NOT....check this website.....ahhhhh finally find out the settings. I am glad I am only taking a soup, if it would have been a roast.....NOT ready for dinner.Please label your products, at least put in the booklet what the symbols mean. I have used Crock Pots for years and have always been happy but this one....poor labeling... I hope the soup is hot by 5pm... its now 1:30 and I have wasted 2 hours!

Sroneware pot cracked

Like many other reviewers have noted the stoneware pot cracked. This is my second crock pot and my first stoneware pot cracked, but that was my fault. I placed that hot pot in the cold. With this second crock pot it cracked while I was cooking a chicken in the pot. I noticed liquids leaking out of the pot midway through the cooking time. Cracking stoneware seems to be an issue with this crock pot.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Received this crockpot as a gift…within 24 hours of owning: cracked. Extremely displeased with the quality. Highly NOT recommended. Would give it less than one star if possible.
