Large Percentage do not have any adhesive!!

I bought the four pack and 3 of the 5 clear strips did not have any adhesive under the blue side of the strip. The black side (wall side) of all were fine but once stuck on the wall and the instructed to pull off the blue side, there was a yellow piece of paper underneath?!?! One side of that paper is sticky and the other is not. These do not work per the instructions.

No, I do not recommend this product.
