compact and bright

Very bright for its size. Smooth, even field of illumination at every zoom setting. No idea how long the battery charge lasts, as it disappeared within the first weeks of ownership, which is disappointing, because I never really got the chance to enjoy it.
which brings me to this warning:
Be careful with the hook: I had it inside an outer pocket of my tool bag with the clip hooked over the edge of the pocket. I had a plastic bag of clothing to donate next to it in my trunk, when I lifted it out at the donation centre, the hook of the clip must have snagged into the side of the clothing bag, pulling it out of my tool bag's pocket.... it either fell out unnoticed in the parking lot, or someone got an amazing deal on a great flashlight at the Salvation Army the following week. Fortunately, I had bought it using Canadian Tire money, so I wasn't out real world wages, but those points took a little while to build up.

WD-40 Flashlight switch

When I opened the package and installed the batteries, the flashlight would NOT turn off . I fiddled with it for about 25 -30 minutes finally resorted to hitting the switch with WD-40 🙄
And after a few minutes the on/off button on the end off the flashlight was functioning as advertised.
Im not sure anyone should have to take this action on a $60 flashlight. It's disappointing.
