Q: Is the flashlight supposed to heat up after only being on for 15 minutes with NEW Duracell batteries in it and no corrosion on the battery contacts?

Q: Is this the PS400, or actually the 300? The stock we have at 365 is the 300, scans as this SKU, and very much disappointed my customer. Also, I sent in a message about another product correction, and asked if this is a valid avenue for me to send product corrections, as a sales assistant.
