Runs great and good on fuel

Runs well so far. Definitely seems good. Only issue is the battery install, you need to fight with the wire while trying to hold the bolt and nut on the battery. It could be easily fixed by using a treaded block on the battery terminal. Instead of using a bolt and not combination

So far so good. I use this generator for my cottage in northern Quebec without electricity service. Really easy to start even in the cold and can manage all my electric tools, lights and water pump.

Electric start great feature for bad shoulders

I would start by saying this is not my first Champion product, this is one of several they have all preformed excellent, the one I would like to mention is my larger Generator 11250/ 9000 During a power outage/ state of Emergency this unit ran almost continuously for 10 days keeping my family comfortable during the storm and fall out! I would highly recommend these products to anyone that wants reliability and comfort knowing these units have your back!

Solid Unit!! Helped me through Hurricane Milton

Originally purchased this for my Toy Hauler and it worked great for that running a refrigerator, A/C and all electrical needed for the trailer. Where this unit shined for me was Hurricane Milton. We were without power at our home in Central Florida for 5 days. I fired this baby up and started running extension cords through my home and plugging in cords to my appliances (refrigerator, TV's, toaster Oven, Wifi) etc.. This thing worked for about 18-20 hours on a single propane tank. Gasoline was hard to come by due to shortages and being able to supplement propane was a life saver for us. I recently upgraded to a larger unit and installed a whole house hookup in preparation for the next power outage. My experience with Champion generators has been great and fully supported my needs and exceeded my expectations every time I've had to use it. Will be a continued customer.

Q: I got it home filled it with gas and oil Plugged it in to charge turned red but within 30 minutes colour on the smart charger was yellow. unplugged it and plug it in again same outcome tried the pull start and wouldn't start and didn't even fire help

A: Check to make sure the battery is truly connected and tight if that doesn't work then the battery needs to be replaced.

A: 0.6 qt's of oil must be added before the first initial start up. In addition to the oil, at least half of tank of gasoline must be added as well, or a full propane cylinder to operate on LPG. Thank you.

Q: How long would this run on a 20lb bbq tank of propane? I want to have as emergency back up for a heater, light and maybe fridge. Can I run it outside in Canadian winter?
