Q: Why my line spool want lock in space

A: Mostly due to wear and tear. Speaking from experience, 70 yrs of age, most lower end and inexpensive grass trimmer would require manual spool feeding over time. Aside from that, it’s still working dutifully.

Q: I wish the manual had written instructions and not just pictures. Can you please tell me about the line cutter. Am I supposed to take the screw out and lift it up or something? Fig. G is not clear about what should be done. Thank you.

Q: Bought this trimmer late last season and it performed great for the price. Took it from the shed today and within five minutes it stopped working. Seems the power switch is faulty can this be8 replaced.

A: We bought one a month ago and it’s working fine. Your could be defective. Perhaps you can return it for a better one.

Q: Certified 4 amp grass trimmer. Model 060-236.used it for first tim. Line does not feed. Rewound it becuz line was all crossing over and parts were stuck together. still won’t work. Look like someone chewed up edges. Please help or I need retur

A: WA0216 is not compatible as its a small size. I just picked it up and it doesn’t fit and will have to return it. Is there a contact number for certified manufacturer to order replacement parts ? Canadian tire website doesn’t seem to have it.

It will need to be used with an outdoor extension cord with one of the following lengths and corresponding gauges: 25 ft cord that is 18 gauges 50 ft cord that is 16 gauges 100 ft cord that is 16 gauges 150 ft cord that is 14 gauges
