beautiful but...

husband bought this for me as a late Christmas present as ours had burnt out Christmas day and I was upset about it. we put it together yesterday and it's missing bolts for the door handles. we will be calling today to see what they can do for us. just make sure all the pieces are there before you start assembling.

I was looking online for something like this but couldn’t get the colour I wanted. Was in the store one day and saw this one lit up and was amazed at the very realistic flame effect it has. After getting it together and lighting it for the first time I was even more impressed. My 65” tv fits on it perfectly and the enclosed storage is great, hide your stuff out of sight! Very happy with my purchase and would recommend this unit to anyone. It comes with two options for around the fireplace and I’m so glad I picked the stone option, sets it off very nicely.

The fire display is ok I thought it would be a more colourful display for the price. Some pieces where a little damaged so I coloured them in with the marker that came with it.

A: Hi - we do love our fireplace. We can definitely hear the fan when it is running, but we don’t find it overly loud. As far as I know there isn’t a way to lower the sound. I do wish they had multiple fan speeds though.

A: Don't really know as I did it myself. Please understand that the package weighs nearly 140 pounds. If you are not prepared to handle this much weight you WILL need help. You would have to check the local Canadian Tire if they provice this service.

A: Yes works quite well one speed only but really doesn't need more.. A bit on the noisy side i only need it to run 10minutes and heats a large room very effectively . Does have two flame settings once the room is heated I use lowest setting . Quite the job to put it together but well worth the effort. Hope that helps.
