Propane regulator

Easy to install using approved procedures, used leak detection fluids after opening valves to test. All goood and used each function downstream satisfactorily.

Only one side works

Our changeover started leaking so needed a replacement. Put this in and was not able to get the furnace to light. Stove burners would light but very low flame. Tank was full and valve opened. Opened second tank and furnace would light. Tried again on first tank only and same issue. Will be returning as one side has almost no pressure.

Q: How does it mount, the bracket on my current and non working regulator, says do not remove this bracket as it is part of the regulator, can I remove it and will the screw holes line up with this ?
