Bought this at the beginning of the spring season to use for the upcoming camping season. I thought that since it was highly recommended I discarded the box. It worked fantastically but after the first month it started to heat up when it is being charged. It also heated up anything it was charging. My phone and watch heated up every time they were connected. The pack itself gets so hot that i had to stop using it. I was worried that it would either combust and start a fire or melt where it was placed for recharging or when it was charging my phone or watch. My phones light would blink off and on rapidly until it was unplugged with a message stating that it would stop charging until the phone reached an appropriate lower temperature to start charging again.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: After a year, charging becomes intermittant. Pressure needs to be applied to USB port in some positions to provide charging. How do we get this repaired?
