Q: How long is it supposed to take to charge this power bank from empty to full?
3 years agoA: 1st time, I left it connected to my cellphone fast charger over the night. 2nd time using the same cel. charger, from one indicator light on to four took 20 hours!

3 years agoA: I don’t know what a Samsung J7 is. However the power bank is compatible with any USB chargeable device as long as you have your own device’s charging cable.

Q: This BlueHive charges my Samsung phone, but will not charge my 4th generation iPad Pro (13" screen). I'm using the iPad's own USB-C cord, which works well with the iPad when it is plugged into the wall. Any suggestions?
3 years agoA: Try switching the ports on the bluehive. I can’t say why it happens but i’ve noticed that. myself and I switched the ports and it charged fine after that. I noticed the same issue with my smaller usb 4 port hub as well. For whatever reason, not all the ports seem to connect well with the charging cord I’m using. But when I switch them around, it works. Hope it helps.

Q: There must be something wrong with the description. Power bank has 3 ports but total output 2.1 A ?
4 years agoA: According to the packaging, the total output is 2.1A (as stated in CT answer). Be aware one USB port output is 2.1A; the second USB is 1A; and the USBC port is 2.1.

Q: Asking about the Blue Hive power bank 20000mah. Can this item be charged using a solar powered charger? So if I am out hiking for 10 days, could I recharge the bluehive using my solar panel that I carry on my backpack?
4 years agoA: No idea; check with Blue Hive ( google). Although it seems that if you have a solar panel to charge electronics while you are away from a power source, you should be able to charge this as well.

Q: When charging this unit I can only get 3 out of 4 lights to light up.. when i first purchased i could get full charge with all 4 lights lit when fully charged. Anyone else have this issue.Debating to exchange for another one since it has 1 yr warranty.
