Q: Is this a real toaster? Does this actually toast bread like old fashioned toasters used to, or is it too low wattage that it just dries the bread out and turns it brown 5 minutes later....like most new toasters?

Q: How many watts ?? on the specs is 1200 watts went to Canadian Tire to buy it but on the toaster label is 850 watts, confusion somewhere ????????

Q: We bought this toaster very recently. Only used about 10-15 times. Now the it won't let any toast stay down when we want to toast bread. We have cleaned out all the crumbs although there weren't many as I thought something might be blocking the mechanism from engaging at the bottom to hold the toast down. No luck. Not sure what's happened. Was working fine till then. Thanks
