Damaged sink

Upon opening the box I discovered sink was broken in two places so didn’t even bother to take out of box. Returned for full credit as it was the only one in stock. I handled box with much care as per instructions on box. I was surprised to see inside protective packaging was cardboard rather than styrofoam.
