If I could
Give zero stars, I would. The balloons I filled lasted less than 3 hours. Son’s second birthday decorations were a complete fail and disappointment. I would never purchase this again. Terrible.

A: These tanks are non-refillable. You will have to just take it to a recycling depot where it will sit with all the other blue helium tanks purchased at Canadian Tire.
