The Air-Filled Helium Free Balloon Garland Kit is an all-inclusive package for creating a striking balloon garland. The kit offers a variety of balloon sizes and types, including latex and foil options. It also contains balloon tape, a balloon stick, and balloon glue dots for secure assembly.
