Terrible product. Does not stick. Rubbed right off on my hike. Would recommend a more expensive and higher quality product. This isn’t what you want to aid or prevent blisters.

From prevention to treatment mole skin is the key!

To be honest I bought this as a prevention of the possible things we can encounter while doing the Camino De Santiago in Spain, but with little hesitation, I read they could help, but one things is reading it and other thing is experience it.
We were walking daily about 15 km, so blisters were an option to occur.
My daughter got them first, we start using mole skin, and we got so impressed with te results, we applied the mole skin the night after she got her blisters, by the following morning they were shrunk, the pain and uncomfortable feeling was almost gone! And she was ready to hit the way for another 15 km or more… she continue using them until her skin was completely healed.
In my side, I got the burning sensation and redness prior to a blister to occur, so without hesitation I started using the mole skin… once again this product was amazing, I didn’t get any blister and after about 130 km walked I would say without hesitation that one of the things that help us finish our Camino was this little things! Many thanks to the person who created it, mole skin was a really true change in life.
FYI my daughter is used to have blisters as she played many sports, and her technique was always popping the blister and deal with the pain until it heals. From now on, she doesn’t have to suffer, mole skin is the answer
So, from prevention to treatment, mole skin is the key!

It’s an emergency kit. Asking for a review now is like asking for me to review a fire extinguisher before I use it. As far as a blister repair kit goes it does a magnificent job of sitting in its bag and waiting until I have a blister.

This is a good addition to any first aid kit, especially if you do a lot of hiking. The instructions that come with it are a good bonus.
