Important information regarding Canada Post

Canada Post has returned to work but due to their current backlog, we will continue to ship primarily with alternative couriers. This will ensure that almost all deliveries proceed without any issues. However, some orders destined for a P.O. box or a fly-in community may be slightly delayed or need to be picked up from the nearest pick-up location.

If possible, please avoid using remote P.O. box and fly-in community addresses for the quickest delivery experience during this transition period. You can also visit one of our locations for in-store shopping and convenient pick-up of online orders.

Canadian Tire attempts to match online prices to those in store. However, online prices, product and service selection and availability, as well as sale effective dates, may differ from those in store and may vary by geographic region. 

 

How do I merge a Triangle Rewards® card?

On triangle.com and canadiantire.ca: Sign in using your Triangle ID credentials Go to the “My Account” tab and locate the “Add a card” section Here, you will be able to add a card to your profile and start collecting electronic Canadian Tire Money® instantly! How much does Ship to Home delivery cost?

The Standard Delivery shipping and handling fee is based on an item’s size, total order weight, delivery type, and the delivery location and delivery distance. You can view the estimated shipping charges on the item's product detail by entering your postal code. The estimator will calculate an estimated shipping and handling fee for the item currently displayed. Final shipping fees, which are based on the full contents of your order, are displayed during the checkout process. 

Same-Day Delivery costs $9.99 per order.  The delivery cost will be reflected in your order total once you select Same-Day Delivery in your shopping cart.

Please note: items cannot be delivered to all P.O.Boxes at this time. Please enter your postal code into the Estimated Shipping Fee section of the website to confirm if your address is eligible for Ship to Home.  



Are products sold by Canadian Tire are backed by warranties?

We stand behind the products we sell. Details on warranties can be found on all product detail pages. If you need to make a claim on the manufacturer's warranty, please contact your local Canadian Tire store. If a product is defective, the manufacturer's warranty applies. If none is specified, we offer a one-year warranty on most products. 


How long will my order be held in-store? Can my order’s pick up date be extended?

Your order will be held at your selected store location for a minimum of 3 days, up to a maximum of 15 days. Hold times vary by store. The number of days your order will be held is indicated on your Ready for Pick Up email. Should your items not be picked up within this time period, they will be cancelled and no longer available for pick up, at which point the charges to your method(s) of payment will be reversed.

When a Same-Day Delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned to the store and help for pick up for 3 days.
 
If you cannot pick up your order by the expected pick up date, please call the store directly to arrange for an extended pick up date.
