What are the rules of bocce ball?
Bocce ball rules are very simple and straightforward to follow. Once broken up into teams of two, the object of the game is to throw your bocce balls closer to the Pallino (a smaller ball that is used as the target for your bocce balls) than your opponent. A typical bocce match consists of 3 rounds and whoever is the first team to reach 12 points wins the game.
What is the difference between bocce and croquet ball?
Croquet is played with long and short mallets, molded balls, wood stakes and wickets. Whereas bocce ball requires a set of bocce balls, the Pallino and a measuring tape. Both games have different objectives, however, they both make for perfect outdoor family fun and leisure lawn games.
