What are some different types of shower curtain rods?

Shower curtain rails are typically available in straight or curved designs. Straight rods feature a more classic look while curved shower rods help provide a little more elbow room in the shower.

How do I install a shower curtain rod?

Installation will depend on the style of the curtain rod you choose. Some models will include hardware that you’ll use to permanently affix the rod to the wall. Tension or adjustable style rods don’t require any drilling and can be installed by simply extending, twisting and tightening the shower rod into place. These are a good option if you want to be able to extend or contract the length of the rod. For proper installation, refer to the instructions included with your shower rod.
