How do you put on a snowmobile grip?

Looking to enhance comfort and control with new snowmobile grips? Here is how to install them with these easy steps:

1. Clean your snowmobile’s handles with alcohol (or any non-residual cleaner) to remove any oil or dirt.

2. With tight fitting styles, it can be difficult to slip on the new grips. Using air pressure between the bar and the grip will help with the installation process.

3. Spray alcohol, adhesive spray, or hairspray inside the grip as a lubricant, then slide it into the bar.

How do you install heated grips?

One popular option is installing a self-adhesive grip heater, where you will need to remove your existing grips for the application. Another option is using a kit where the heating element is integrated into the new handle grips. Here is how to install them:

1. Remove your existing hand grips.

2. Insert the new hand grips at the end of the handlebar.

3. Attach the heating surface for the throttle thumb.

4. Find power for the heated handles. Connect it to the switch power that only turns on when your machine is running.
