How do I know my Hoover ONEPWR™ battery is charging?
The white LED light on the charger will flash. The LED battery lights on the battery will indicate level of charge.
How can I tell if my Hoover ONEPWR™ battery is fully charged?
LEDs on the charger and battery will turn off indicating your battery is charged and ready to go.
How often should I clean the filter on my Hoover ONEPWR™ vacuum?
It’s best to clean your filter once a month, or more often depending on how frequently the vacuum is used. After cleaning the filter, always leave it to dry for at least 24 hours. You must ensure it's completely dry before reassembling. We recommend following the cleaning instructions and cleaning by hand. The filter is not suitable for dishwasher use.
Does the Hoover ONEPWR™ Emerge stand upright on its own?
The Hoover ONEPWR™ Emerge is a self-standing unit. It also comes with a wall mount for easy and convenient storage.
How often should I empty the dirt cup?
For optimal performance, the dirt cup should be emptied each time you vacuum and when the dirt cup appears full.
How do I remove/insert my battery?
Slide the battery into the slot on the back of the vacuum. To remove it, pinch the release tab and slide the battery out of the back of the vacuum.
Will the ONEPWR™ Charging Tower charge both batteries?
Yes, the ONEPWR™ Charging Tower is a sequential charging system. It will bring the battery on your vacuum to a full charge before charging your second ONEPWR™
